Terms of Service

1. The Products

SEOFliq provides three products under these terms:

• SEOFliq Core: an invitation-only SaaS web application providing full-site SEO audits, AI readiness scoring, Core Web Vitals tracking, competitor analysis, and branded PDF reporting.
• SEOFliq: On-Page SEO Auditor: a free browser extension for Chrome and Firefox that performs instant on-page SEO analysis on any webpage. No account required.
• SEOFliq: AEO and GEO Suite: a free browser extension for Chrome and Firefox that scores content against AI search platforms and audits AI crawler access. No account required.

Together these are referred to as "the Products". SEOFliq reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any product at any time with reasonable notice where possible.

2. Eligibility and Accounts

The browser extensions may be used by anyone without an account. SEOFliq Core requires an approved account. By requesting access and creating an account, you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years of age
• You are using the product for professional or business purposes
• The information you provide during registration is accurate

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Notify us immediately at info@seofliq.com if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Products only for their intended purpose. You must not:

• Audit, crawl, or analyse websites or pages you do not own or have explicit permission to audit
• Use the Products to violate any applicable law or regulation
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract proprietary algorithms, scoring rules, or source code from any Product
• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute any Product or its output as a standalone service without prior written consent from SEOFliq
• Use automated scripts or bots to generate bulk requests that place excessive load on SEOFliq servers or third-party APIs used by the Products
• Circumvent any access control, rate limit, or plan restriction imposed by the Products
• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or while using the Products

4. SEOFliq Core: Subscription Plans

4a. Plan Access

SEOFliq Core is available on a subscription basis. Features, usage limits, and pricing vary by plan. Your plan is displayed in your account settings. SEOFliq reserves the right to adjust plan limits with 30 days notice.

4b. Payment

Subscription payments are processed by Razorpay. By subscribing, you authorise recurring charges at the billing interval selected at checkout. All amounts are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless stated otherwise.

4c. No Refunds

All payments are final. SEOFliq does not offer refunds for any reason, including partial months, unused features, or early cancellation. You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and you retain access until that date.

4d. Free Extensions

The On-Page SEO Auditor and AEO and GEO Suite extensions are provided free of charge with no subscription required. SEOFliq reserves the right to introduce optional paid features to the extensions in the future, with adequate notice.

5. Intellectual Property

All code, design, scoring algorithms, report templates, brand assets, and documentation across all SEOFliq products are owned by SEOFliq and protected under applicable intellectual property laws including the Indian Copyright Act.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Products for their intended purpose in accordance with these terms. This licence does not grant you any ownership rights.

Audit results, reports, and data generated by the Products from your own websites remain your property. SEOFliq does not claim ownership over your input data or output reports.

6. AI-Generated Content

SEOFliq Core includes features that use AI models to generate suggestions for page titles, meta descriptions, alt text, image captions, and other on-page content elements. By using these features, you acknowledge and agree that:

• AI-generated suggestions are starting points, not finished content. You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and approving any suggestion before publishing it on your website.
• SEOFliq does not guarantee the accuracy, originality, or SEO effectiveness of AI-generated suggestions.
• The relevant page content or image data you submit is processed by a third-party AI model to generate suggestions. This processing is subject to that provider's terms of service.
• You must not use AI-generated content features to produce content that is misleading, harmful, defamatory, or in violation of any applicable law.

SEOFliq is not liable for any outcome resulting from the use or publication of AI-generated content suggestions.

7. Third-Party Services

The Products integrate with third-party services including the Google PageSpeed Insights API, Google Search Console, Google My Business, Razorpay, and Brevo. Your use of these integrations is subject to each provider's own terms of service. SEOFliq is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or conduct of any third-party service.

For Google My Business specifically: by connecting your GMB account you authorise SEOFliq to read your business profile, location data, and review data on your behalf. SEOFliq will not post, modify, or delete any GMB content without an explicit action you initiate within the dashboard. You can revoke this access at any time from your account settings or directly via your Google Account permissions.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Products are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. SEOFliq does not warrant that:

• The Products will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times
• Audit results will be complete, accurate, or appropriate for all websites and configurations
• Following SEO or AEO recommendations will result in specific search ranking, traffic, or visibility outcomes

SEO and AI visibility recommendations are based on publicly available best practices and signals as understood at the time of the audit. Search engine algorithms change frequently. Results are informational, not guarantees.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted under the laws of India, SEOFliq and its operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Products, including but not limited to loss of revenue, loss of data, or loss of business opportunity.

In no event shall SEOFliq's total liability to you for any claim exceed the amount you paid to SEOFliq in the three months immediately preceding the claim. For users of the free extensions, total liability shall not exceed INR 500.

10. Termination

SEOFliq may suspend or terminate your account and access to SEOFliq Core at any time if you breach these terms, with or without prior notice depending on the severity of the breach. On termination, your right to use the Products ceases immediately. Sections 5, 7, 8, and 10 survive termination.

You may close your account at any time from your account settings. Closing your account does not entitle you to a refund of any prepaid subscription fees.

11. Governing Law and Disputes

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, including the Information Technology Act 2000 and its amendments. Any dispute arising from or related to these terms or the Products shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.

Before initiating any legal proceedings, you agree to contact SEOFliq at info@seofliq.com and allow 30 days for good-faith resolution.

12. Changes to These Terms

SEOFliq may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated to SEOFliq Core users by email at least 14 days before taking effect. The updated effective date will be shown at the top of this page. Continued use of the Products after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

For the browser extensions, changes will be noted on this page. It is your responsibility to review terms periodically.
