Acceptance of Terms

By installing or using SEOFliq Chrome extensions or accessing seofliq.com, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the extensions or website.

Description of Service

SEOFliq provides two Chrome browser extensions: SEO Auditor (on-page SEO analysis) and AEO Suite (AI search visibility analysis). Both extensions are provided free of charge. Analysis runs in your browser. No account is required.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use SEOFliq extensions to:

  • Violate any applicable law or regulation
  • Audit pages you do not have permission to access
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract proprietary algorithms from the extensions
  • Resell or redistribute the extensions or their output without attribution
  • Use automated scripts to mass-audit pages in ways that generate excessive load on third-party services

Intellectual Property

All code, designs, scoring algorithms, and documentation in SEOFliq extensions and on the website are owned by SEOFliq and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the extensions for their intended purpose.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The extensions are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not warrant that the extensions will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that audit results will be accurate for all pages and configurations. SEO and AEO recommendations are based on publicly available best practices and are not guarantees of specific search ranking outcomes.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SEOFliq and its creators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the extensions or reliance on audit results. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed fifty US dollars ($50).

Third-Party Services

The extensions use the Google PageSpeed Insights API to provide Core Web Vitals data. Use of this API is subject to Google's Terms of Service. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or terms of third-party services.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Material changes will be noted in the changelog. Continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in India.
